About the position

The Analytics Developer will be a key member of the Customer Analytics team, responsible for enhancing the experience of digital assets and marketing initiatives through advanced analytics. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and create key performance metrics, utilizing both external and internal customer data, and developing PowerBI dashboards for tracking and reporting. The position requires performing requirement definitions, development, testing, and ad-hoc reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document data requirements from customers, translating them into technical specifications and workflows.
  • Develop and produce reports, dashboards, and interactive reporting from various data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Validate output and metrics to ensure reliability and accuracy of data.
  • Document project assignments, including technical documentation such as source to target mappings and output requirements.
  • Interpret data and deliverables in business language for executive and clinical staff, summarizing information effectively.
  • Conduct statistical, economic, and financial research to evaluate performance and drive business initiatives, making recommendations based on data trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Clinical or similar field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in personal computers and related software applications.
  • Excellent analytic skills, data manipulation, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong development skills in enterprise statistical and BI tools such as Cognos, Tableau, QlikView, Excel PowerPivot, or SSRS.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or STATA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement systems for data collection and examination.
