As an Analytics Engineer at Oak Street Health, you will play a crucial role in designing new data models and implementing complex data pipelines that are essential for ensuring that we target the right services to the right patients. Our team is currently in the process of rebuilding our data warehouse using Palantir's Foundry data platform, and we are seeking a curious, motivated, and thoughtful Analytics Engineer to join us in this endeavor. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, aligning with our mission to improve health outcomes and enhance patient experiences. In this role, you will partner with the Product team to design data models that accommodate various types of healthcare data, including claims and electronic health records (EHR). You will be responsible for developing ELT data pipelines in Foundry, creating data products that serve operational stakeholders within the business. Quality assurance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will perform QA on developed pipelines and set up monitoring systems to address any data quality issues that may arise. Additionally, you will support the technical documentation of our new data platform and evaluate our legacy data warehouse to ensure that any pain points are effectively addressed with the new data models and pipelines. We are looking for an individual who possesses a data-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail, is a self-starter capable of diving into new domains and learning quickly, and is comfortable working with SQL and Python.
