About the position

As an Analytics Engineer at Wedgewood, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable and robust data pipelines that support analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include working extensively with SQL, Python, and dbt to transform and model data within Snowflake and AWS environments. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence.
• Work extensively with SQL, Python, and dbt to transform and model data within Snowflake and AWS environments.
• Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within all analytics databases and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake and AWS for data storage and processing.
• Experience managing on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Certifications in Snowflake, AWS, or other relevant technologies.
• Proficient in developing visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience with data governance and compliance protocols.
