We are seeking a skilled NLP and AI Tool Development Specialist to join our team and spearhead the creation of innovative tools leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role requires a strong background in backend API development, UX design, and experience in scripting languages like Python and Java. The successful candidate will work within an Azure environment, managing machine learning projects and utilizing Microsoft marketplace products to develop cutting-edge AI solutions. In this position, you will lead the design and development of new tools using NLP and AI technologies, ensuring high performance and scalability. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend APIs to support new AI-driven tools and applications. Collaboration with UX designers will be essential to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation and management of NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, SPaCy, and Hugging Face. Your role will also involve identifying and executing operational improvements, including automating manual processes, performing data quality checks, and enhancing error handling and recovery processes. You will work closely with data science teams to determine data needs, identify new uses for existing data, and integrate data into AI and machine learning projects. Applying Agile methodology and DevOps practices will be crucial to ensure efficient project delivery and support cross-functional teams.
