About the position

The Analytics Engineering Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace by leveraging data analytics, AI, and cognitive technologies. This position involves strategic support, oversight, and integration of data science and analytics operations, focusing on business development and client engagement within the Civil Government sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support, direction, and oversight for Data Science and Data Analytics integration.
• Collaborate with executive-level clients and stakeholders to assess business needs and create strategic deliverables.
• Lead client sessions and meetings to develop relationships and drive business development efforts.
• Oversee the development of advanced analytics products and apply data visualization and statistical programming tools.
• Support all phases of analytic work product development, from identifying key business questions to delivering insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a business-related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Minimum Active Public Trust Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain it.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development within the emergent technology space.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams focused on AI, Machine Learning, and NLP.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Business Process Analysis, and/or data operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Biomedical Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a business-related field.
• Deep existing client relationships within the Civil Government space.
• 10+ years of prior professional services or government consulting experience.
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
• Experience with Big Data and Cloud technologies.
