About The Position

As an Analytics Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will engage directly with customers to solve complex problems through data-driven solutions. Your role involves understanding customer challenges, synthesizing data insights, and deploying software solutions to enhance healthcare outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues within data analytics platforms, preferably Foundry, or 5 years with other platforms.
  • Expertise in conducting performance assessments and root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including optimization within Foundry.
  • Experience in Python/SQL querying, data manipulation, and database performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts for designing scalable data structures.
  • Previous involvement in cross-functional collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of implementing performance improvements within data analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
