Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customer teams to effectively collaborate and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to analyze data, identify patterns and derive actionable insights that address customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts and Data Scientists to deploy software solutions against complex problems.
• Ensure seamless integration of solutions into customer workflows and systems.
• Dive into large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Certification in at least one Epic module within the first year of employment.
• Certified in at least one Data Platform and Analytics Tools such as Foundry Data Engineer & Foundry Application Developer within the first year of employment.
• Cogito Fundamentals certification within the first year of employment.
• 1 year of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues within data analytics platforms, preferably Foundry or similar tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting performance assessments, root cause analysis, and solution design to optimize system performance.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including workshop module and optimization within Foundry.
• Experience in Python/SQL querying, data manipulation, and database performance tuning to extract and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques to design efficient and scalable data structures for analytics purposes.
• Previous involvement in cross-functional collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to address performance challenges and drive solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing performance improvements within data analytics platforms, including testing, validation, and deployment of changes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
