About the position

The Analytics Product Engineer role at KLA involves engaging in the new product introduction process for BroadBand Plasma products. This position requires collaboration with engineering and service teams throughout all stages of product development, focusing on creating and supporting data-driven service methods and strategies. The role emphasizes the importance of predictive analytics in enhancing product capabilities and ensuring effective field rollout of new features.

Responsibilities

• Work with the development team on design challenges pertinent to service with a strong focus on enabling the next generation of data analytics systems.
• Influence designers and designs to include features that will optimize KLA predictive capabilities.
• Ensure that learning on current generation tools is captured and applied to next generation designs.
• Efficiently analyze data from multiple tools and other sources and present conclusions and recommended actions.
• Support internal development and testing of new software features.
• Work with service teams on field rollout of new features.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Optical, or Systems Engineering.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Python, JMP, Power BI, Snowflake or their equivalents.
• Master's Level Degree in a relevant field.
