About the position

The Analytics Product Manager will oversee an agile squad focused on delivering advanced analytics and analytics product production to various stakeholders within the organization. This role is crucial for planning, organizing, and managing analytics and reporting efforts to extract valuable insights from data, ultimately enhancing the utilization of digital programs. The position also involves ensuring compliance with standards and policies set by the analytics department to achieve consistent and quality reporting that meets clinical and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a credible advisor to EDA leaders and client stakeholders to advance and implement analytic department targets.
  • Manage and train a team of analytics staff.
  • Ensure staff appropriately defines, documents, develops, and delivers their work in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and report on trends that warrant attention.
  • Manage and document domain portfolios with analytic leadership and service line owners.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage healthcare domain deliverables using agile methodologies.
  • Develop and execute large-scale project plans on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Drive processes and testing toward self-service utilization of analytic products.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and functional healthcare teams to define and communicate analytic requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with vendors to manage product lifecycles and upgrades.
  • Provide progress reports to management and manage the domain roadmap.
  • Manage work and projects of self and others, maintaining momentum and managing reporting on all projects.
  • Produce superior work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and expectations for quality.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in project management, data governance, data analytics, or analytic development within a healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a healthcare organization presenting to all levels of management.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, systematic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strengths in dynamic, ambiguous, and ever-changing work environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
