About the position

The Analytics Project Coordinator at Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) plays a crucial role in coordinating healthcare analytic projects within the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division. This position involves managing various stages of projects, from implementation to reporting, while contributing to the improvement of healthcare quality through data analysis. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate healthcare analytic projects through various stages including implementation, management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop work plans and timelines for projects.
  • Document and oversee project tasks, organizing and maintaining project files.
  • Support and attend client teleconferences and meetings.
  • Perform online research on healthcare topics.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management staff.
  • Maintain, tag, and sort documents for assigned projects on Share Point and HSAG's networks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and develop quality improvement activities.
  • Assist with developing written and data-oriented reports in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Communicate with project partners, subcontractors, and other entities on analytic-related projects.
  • Conduct Internal Quality Control (IQC) monitoring regarding efficiency and effectiveness of activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in a related field.
  • Master's degree and formal healthcare education preferred.
