About The Position

The Analytics Project Coordinator at Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) plays a crucial role in the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division, contributing to innovative analytic work that encompasses a wide range of healthcare data projects. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing healthcare quality and are eager to explore the expanding field of clinical data. The coordinator will be responsible for managing healthcare analytic projects through various stages, including implementation, daily management, analysis, and reporting. This involves developing work plans and timelines, documenting and overseeing project tasks, and maintaining organized project files. The role also includes supporting and attending client teleconferences and meetings, conducting online research on healthcare topics, and providing regular progress reports to management staff. In addition to project management, the Analytics Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between management personnel and staff, ensuring effective communication and the transmission of decisions and information. The coordinator will maintain and organize documents for assigned projects on SharePoint and HSAG's corporate networks, adhering to governance rules. The position requires the development of analytic project schedules, identification of process improvement opportunities, and participation in healthcare educational and training presentations. The coordinator will also assist in creating written and data-oriented reports using Microsoft Word and Excel, communicate with project partners and subcontractors, and conduct research on clinical topics as needed. The role demands a commitment to meeting deadlines and preparing deliverables accurately and efficiently, while also conducting internal quality control monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of activities conducted.
