About the position

The Analytics Coordinator at Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) plays a crucial role in coordinating healthcare analytic projects within the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division. This position is designed for individuals passionate about improving healthcare quality through data analysis and project management. The coordinator will manage various stages of analytic projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation while supporting the overall mission of HSAG to enhance healthcare delivery in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate healthcare analytic projects through various stages including implementation, management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop work plans and timelines for projects, documenting and overseeing tasks.
  • Organize and maintain project files on Share Point and HSAG's networks.
  • Support and attend client teleconferences and meetings, providing regular progress reports to management.
  • Conduct online research on healthcare topics as assigned and prepare support documents for project deliverables.
  • Assist in developing written and data-oriented reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maintain communication with project partners and subcontractors regarding analytic-related projects.
  • Conduct Internal Quality Control (IQC) monitoring to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in a business or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including spelling, composition, grammar, proofreading, and editing.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio) and knowledge of database management (Microsoft Access).
  • Ability to assist others with MS Office Suite systems usage.
  • Experience in conducting research via the Internet and monitoring budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with various teams.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
