About The Position
The Analytics Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Data Science & Advanced Analytics team at Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG), which is dedicated to enhancing healthcare quality through innovative data analysis. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving healthcare and are eager to explore the vast landscape of clinical data. The coordinator will be involved in various healthcare analytic projects, managing them through different stages such as implementation, daily management, analysis, and reporting. The role requires a blend of project management skills and a strong understanding of healthcare data, making it essential for the coordinator to develop work plans, maintain project files, and support client communications effectively. In this position, the coordinator will serve as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring that information flows smoothly across organizational units and external partners. The role involves maintaining documentation on SharePoint, adhering to governance rules, and developing schedules for analytic projects. The coordinator will also participate in healthcare educational presentations, assist in creating reports using Microsoft Word and Excel, and conduct research on clinical topics as needed. Regular progress reports will be provided to management, and the coordinator will be expected to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
