This position is part of the Operational Visualization job hierarchy and represents an intermediate level role. Employees in this position will undertake assignments that are more complex in nature, working under general supervision. You will be expected to develop advanced skills and work with greater independence, applying fundamental concepts to a variety of complex tasks. In this role, you will support load research studies and projects, gaining knowledge and experience within the load research discipline. You will possess advanced skills related to data location, aggregation, validation, interpretation, and visualization for large volumes of customer usage and related data. The ability to work independently, solve straightforward problems, and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and toolkits is essential. Your responsibilities will include verifying and analyzing large volumes of customer usage data, performing data validation, and utilizing resources to resolve data quality issues. You will analyze and prepare load research statistical analysis to support cost-of-service studies and other data requests. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain effective operational procedures for data management processes, contribute to the development of statistical models through Python scripts, and perform regression analyses to estimate relationships between performance measures and customer insights. Communicating complex data insights through Power BI dashboards will also be a key part of your role, as you become a champion of one or multiple Power BI applications and reports.
