This position is responsible for coordinating the servicing of mid-size and large accounts (51-1,999) and key brokers. The role is crucial for client retention and customer satisfaction, partnering with sales, service, and underwriting to effectively retain business. The successful candidate will demonstrate a working knowledge of products as well as service workflows and underwriting principles. Additionally, this position supports the Account Executive and coordinates the work product of the Marketing Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in areas such as sales support, marketing support, underwriting, customer service, or sales/account management. A current state general agent license is required, or the candidate must obtain it within 90 days of starting in the role. Knowledge of group insurance products, particularly life and disability, is essential, with supplemental health knowledge preferred. Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills are necessary, along with the ability to address customer needs and build strong customer relations. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed are also important for this role. This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
