About the position

The Android Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications for the Android platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile development best practices and a passion for creating user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven software development experience and Android skills development.
• Experience with Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Understanding of code signing and app distribution processes.
