About the position

The Senior Technical Lead position focuses on overseeing the development and maintenance of Android applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences, and managing customer issues effectively. The role requires a strong background in Android development, proficiency in relevant programming languages, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track tickets or change requests and manage SLAs.
• Work towards continuous improvement, perform root cause analysis, and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin.
• Experience testing applications and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in iOS development.
• Experience with NodeJS.
