We are seeking an experienced Android Mobile App Developer to join our team for a long-term project. This role is focused on developing and maintaining native Android mobile applications, and it requires a strong background in Kotlin and Java. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Android app development and a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. The position is open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada, specifically in locations such as Boston, MA, Providence, RI, Merrimack, NH, Nashua, NH, Raleigh, NC, Dallas, TX, and the Toronto-Mississauga region in Canada. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our mobile applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications you develop. Additionally, you will identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance the user experience. The position also involves continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve the overall quality of our mobile applications. This is a full-time contract position with a pay range of $49.00 to $59.00 per hour, and it requires in-person work in Boston, MA. Candidates must be willing to relocate before starting work if they are not currently located in the area.
