Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of the anesthesia department in collaboration with leadership.
• Monitor business processes and identify opportunities for improving cost and quality.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for improved utilization and operations.
• Ensure operations are efficient and cost-effective, resolving issues with facility and equipment utilization.
• Support programmatic development and maintain a safe culture and environment.
• Assist with facilities-related projects and monitor timelines for completion.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by regulation changes.
• Perform tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials.
• Maintain a working knowledge of supplies and manage inventory and ordering.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
