Responsibilities

• Review daily surgery schedule to align supplies and equipment with case acuity and type.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready-to-use and available.
• Maintain/manage strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
• Respond to requests quickly and effectively, identifying and understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Participate in improving organizational and departmental performance/quality through recommending areas for improvement activities.
• Work side-by-side with anesthesia provider and assist with intubation/extubation, including the creation and flushing of IV meds.
• Proactively select correct sized ET tube based on patient size, age/case type.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No directly related experience required.
