Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a variety of anesthesia techniques and procedures.
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty of anesthesiology.
  • Previous experience in a similar independent practice setting.
