About the position

Innova Solutions is seeking an Angular Developer to join our team in Chicago, IL. This position is hybrid and is expected to last for a duration of 12+ months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting ITMT and building out CDT among other projects. As an Angular Developer, you will work with Angular and Spring Boot technologies, utilizing your skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and SQL to develop and maintain web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end development and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring that applications are built to meet the needs of our clients and adhere to best practices in coding and design.

Responsibilities

• Support ITMT and build out CDT among other projects.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
• Utilize JavaScript and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Angular development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Angular Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Angular and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Java and SQL.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
