About the position

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Angular Developer to join our small Agile Development Team. This role involves working on a time-critical web application project, integrating with .NET Core APIs, and following best practices in security, responsive design, and accessibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end of the application using Angular, while also participating in agile methodologies and ensuring high-quality code through unit testing and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the front-end of web applications using Angular (18).
• Integrate the front-end with .NET Core APIs seamlessly.
• Participate in agile development practices including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Advocate for industry best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and security (OWASP Top 10).
• Write and maintain unit tests for all developed features.
• Independently handle tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation for maintainability.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a time-critical project environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Angular, with knowledge of the latest version being a plus.
• Basic understanding of .NET Core and experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Awareness of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
• Experience or familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (TFS).
• Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with .NET Core development.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, and deploying applications in IIS.
