About the position

The Angular Full Stack Developer will join an existing development team focused on enhancing and maintaining a Department of Defense (DoD) cloud-based system. This role involves working in an agile environment, collaborating with team members and users to upgrade the system, and requires experience with Angular, Java, and Accumulo. The developer will be responsible for writing new code, migrating existing systems, and supporting the development of requirements and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with development team and program manager to discuss requirements and project schedules
• Support development of requirements
• Write new code
• Integrate various applications or other systems
• Investigate and analyze root cause issues; propose solutions, and verify and validate final solutions
• Participate during initial plan design and existing plan enhancements
• Assist with documenting requirements
• Participate in client meetings
• Help to evolve the application by developing testing procedures and quality assurance

Requirements

• Experience with Accumulo database
• Experience with AWS systems
• Experience with Java
• Experience with Angular
• Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Discipline to complete tasks while working remotely or telecommuting
• Bachelor's in Information Technology, computer science, project management or related field or equivalent experience
• Requires existing qualification for DoD 8570.01m Certification (IAT-II)
