About the position

The Full Stack (Angular/Java) Developer role focuses on developing and implementing large-scale applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development using Angular. The position requires a balance of skills in both Angular and Java, with a significant portion of the work dedicated to creating single-page applications (SPAs) and microservices. Candidates must demonstrate their expertise in these technologies and be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement large-scale applications using Angular and Java.
• Design and maintain Angular single-page applications (SPAs).
• Work with microservices and RESTful APIs using the Spring Framework.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Utilize DevOps methodologies for continuous integration and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience/training.
• 4 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microservice framework / REST development using Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development with Angular and Java.
• Experience with TDD and BDD development patterns.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes Services and Container Orchestration.
• Experience with cloud-based development using Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
