About the position

Capgemini is seeking a skilled UI Architect with expertise in Angular JS and front-end technologies. The role involves migrating existing JavaScript architecture to Angular, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining high standards in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the existing JavaScript architecture and propose Angular architecture for migration.
• Work on migration from Angular JS to the latest Angular versions.
• Integrate APIs and Web Sockets as part of the migration process.
• Maintain defined standards for UI development using IIDX.
• Implement push notification integration and utilize RXJS and Event Bus.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI Architect with a focus on Angular JS and front-end technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Angular JS, Angular 13, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Angular 13 and Angular Material.
• Knowledge of push notification integration.
• Familiarity with RXJS and Event Bus.
