About the position

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Angular JS Developer to lead the design and implementation of user experiences through various design methodologies and technologies. The role involves creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes, while also focusing on UI prototyping and ensuring accessibility and usability in web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular JS and related technologies, with a proven ability to work in an Agile environment and contribute to the migration of existing applications to newer frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create User Persona
• Design Journey Maps
• Wireframe Design
• UX Design
• UI Prototyping using tools like iRise, Axure, Sketch, InDesign, JustInMind
• Implement Design Thinking methodologies
• Develop using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and Angular JS
• Conduct Usability Testing and ensure Accessibility
• Collaborate on User Experience and Journey Mapping
• Propose Angular architecture for migration from Angular JS to Angular 13
• Integrate APIs and Web Sockets into applications
• Maintain defined standards in IIDX

Requirements

• Proven programming skills in Angular JS and related frameworks
• Experience with Angular 13, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and JQuery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of existing JS architecture and migration processes
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Practical knowledge of AngularJS and Angular 4+
• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL and MongoDB
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of writing cross-browser compatible code

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Angular Material
• Knowledge of Push Notification Integration
• Familiarity with RXJS and Event Bus
• Experience with IIDX standards
