About the position

Genesis10 is seeking a Software Engineer for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, located in Charlotte, NC. The role involves consulting on complex software engineering initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges, and collaborating strategically with client personnel to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 7+ years of Responsive UI Web development experience using Angular
• 3+ years' experience with Angular version 10 and above
• 3+ years' experience with Angular Material Framework
• 7+ years' experience with JSON, REST APIs
• 3+ years' experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma
• 3+ years Agile development experience
• 3+ years' experience with JIRA

Nice-to-haves

• ADA (American Disability Act) compliance UI development
• Experience with Java services development
• Experience with SQL server database
