The Annuity Case Coordinator at Lincoln Financial Group is responsible for processing new business applications and managing complex data and financial transactions. This role involves ensuring that all information is complete and in good order, communicating with financial advisors, and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Process new business applications and complex data transactions according to established procedures.
  • Ensure all information is complete and in good order.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
  • Resolve customer contract discrepancies by investigating documentation and making adjustments.
  • Provide customer service to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge and enable less experienced team members to perform their assignments.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
  • 0-1+ years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience for candidates with an Associate's degree or above.
  • 3-5+ years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience aligned with the responsibilities for this position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
  • Ability to use sound judgement regarding confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills.
