Annuity Exchange Trade Principal

About the position

Annuity Exchange Trade Principal coordinates with the team analysts, committee members, management teams and representatives to gather and present annuity exchange forms to the committee for approval decisions while ensuring that every committee member and field representative has a voice. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Prep the daily agenda for committee meetings by reviewing currently prepped forms and pending prep for emergency reviews.
• Assist in callouts, emails, research, or other tasks required to make a decision or provide training to representatives as the backup host for committee meetings.
• Act as Annuity Exchange expert for escalated issues from Phone Reps or Annuity Exchange Analysts, determining if new information may alter the committee's decision.
• Perform quality control checks on processed work and daily reconciliation to ensure all forms have been processed correctly.
• Assist in requesting missing letters, letter corrections, trade review, and/or management requests.
• Assist the department in system testing efforts and any other duties as needed by management.
• Act as a back-up to the analysts to review and prepare forms for committee review and work as a liaison with field agents and internal management.
• Assist management in monitoring statistical data, testing, and daily workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• SIE required
• Proficient with web-based systems and Microsoft Office
• Critical thinking skills
• Works well in a team environment
