With support/coaching, you will communicate with our senior contract owners to ensure their understanding of their Allianz annuity while mitigating risk through customer education about our products. You will also meet and/or exceed service level standards for your assigned workload. To ensure that annuity contract owners aged 75 and older understand the Allianz annuity they have purchased we will contact these clients and speak directly to them. As part of the Allianz 75-Plus calling program you will make these important outbound calls. You will cover topics including important features of the annuity, what communications to expect from us, how to find helpful tools and information on our website and answer additional questions. Cultivate and maintain close and productive relationships with field suitability officers and field suitability compliance officers. Promote and promote compliant sales practices through field education and best practice sharing. Collaborate with peers to gain and share knowledge of current suitability activity, trends, and process changes. Seeks areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business. Accurately applies business knowledge to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.
