About The Position

The Business Development Executive is responsible for the global payment development, negotiations, account services, and growth of Global Key Accounts. This role involves leading business development efforts for top global merchants regarding B2C payment solutions, improving current collaborations, and creating strategic partnerships on a global scale across multiple markets. The candidate will serve merchant needs by identifying problems, negotiating solutions, and building pipelines for merchant onboarding and problem resolution. They will drive payment and marketing collaboration opportunities by aligning with internal teams to build product and fund flow solutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams to facilitate effective payment services and will evolve to handle client pipelines independently, ultimately becoming an expert in driving strategic global cooperation. The role requires a fundamental understanding of Ant's organizational structure and the industry of assigned clients.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with business or payment operations in key industries such as App markets, Digital Gaming, Online Streaming, Cross-Border E-commerce, OTA Travel, and Digital Tech Products/Services.
  • Ability to conduct industry/statistical analysis and comprehend key opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and negotiate complex deals.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage internal expectations and complex relationships in multi-cultural teams.
  • Embrace change and work effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Cross-Border Payments, Tech, or Consulting.
  • Experience serving Global Large Clients with successful cases.
