About the position

The Digital Marketing Retention Coordinator at Anthropologie Group is responsible for executing the retention marketing channel strategy across various platforms, including email, web, and app. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, maintaining a marketing calendar, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the Anthropologie brand and possess a strong sense of responsibility for their managed channels, with a desire to grow within the digital media landscape of retail.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retention strategy across email, web, and app, ensuring best practices for deliverability and customer segmentation.
  • Assist in managing the monthly retention channel marketing calendar.
  • Become an expert on Anthropologie audiences and segmentation, collaborating with the Analytics Team for data insights.
  • Contribute to reporting and enhancing processes and campaign performance.
  • Work with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams on the execution of emails and push notifications.
  • Stay updated on email best practices and research competitive landscape for new opportunities.
  • Partner with key external vendors.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Passion for the Anthropologie brand and consumer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between teams and external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive insights.
  • Collaborative, team-first attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP experience preferred.
  • HTML experience is a plus.
