About the position

The Paid Social Media Manager at Anthropologie Group is responsible for developing and executing the Paid Social marketing activation strategy for the brands Anthropologie, BHLDN, and Terrain. This role emphasizes teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking, requiring a leader with a vision in Paid Social Media to connect with customers and drive business growth. The position involves collaboration with various teams to create strategic briefs and manage full-cycle execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Translate broad media plans and business objectives into tactical, innovative paid social campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to develop high-impact integrated campaigns.
  • Manage full-cycle execution of direct response paid social campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and other emerging social channels.
  • Highlight areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations to improve marketing practices.
  • Lead strategy and manage Dynamic Product Ad campaigns to drive profitable demand and support business priorities.
  • Work closely with Ad Tech partners to develop and implement advanced automation and optimization solutions.
  • Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to support business opportunities.
  • Oversee a growing social team, focusing on career development and skills growth.
  • Embody a fail fast mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings across platforms, creative formats, messaging, and audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in paid social performance marketing.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience managing paid social platforms (FB/IG/Pinterest/TikTok) with campaign setup expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Experience with customer targeting and segmentation.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies within budget and timelines.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience presenting recommendations and test ideas informed by trends.
  • Experience analyzing channel results and aligning insights with business goals.
  • High degree of project management skill.
  • Medium to High familiarity with web analytics.
