Responsibilities

- Manages the store environment and customer experience by maintaining an energized pace and positivity.
- Supports the training of the associate team, including onboarding new hires.
- Assists in daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures and maintaining store standards.
- Facilitates shipment and omni fulfillment processes, supporting visual standards and product stock levels.
- Maintains communication with leadership to complete store objectives and provides feedback on customer and employee experiences.
