• Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge and trends to inspire customers.
• Contributes to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers.
• Provides insights related to customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership.
• Understands their contribution to service and selling to impact the store's business.
• Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product and contributes to omni order fulfillment processes.
• Maintains Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
