About The Position

Requirements

• Supports the Store Brand Leader in onboarding external talent and retaining a diverse team.
• Utilizes brand resources to teach product flow and merchandising standards.
• Manages visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations.
• Assesses store business using reporting tools to identify merchant opportunities.
• Plans and owns an effective shipment process to maximize product placement.
• Contributes to a customer-first philosophy by flexing schedule to meet business needs.
• Provides global product and visual feedback to Store Manager and District Manager.
• Maintains communication with leadership to ensure completion of store directives.
• Protects time with direct reports for personal growth and succession planning.
• Contributes to positive team morale through brand and store initiatives.
