Any Weather Exteriors is seeking a dedicated Warranty Manager to oversee warranty-related construction projects in the commercial exterior construction sector. This role combines field and office work to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality workmanship. The Warranty Manager will manage warranty claims, coordinate repairs, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues efficiently, making it an exciting opportunity for those passionate about construction and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warranty-related construction projects from initiation to resolution.
• Assess claims to determine if they qualify as warranty work or billable services.
• Conduct thorough site visits, take photos, gather necessary information, and prepare reports.
• Perform minor stucco, siding, and masonry repairs, including addressing leaks and storm/tree damage.
• Coordinate with estimators and subcontractors for larger repair projects.
• Manage schedules, orders, materials, and labor to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and supervise subcontractors and employee installation teams.
• Work closely with customers to provide regular updates and resolve concerns.
• Conduct warranty walks with clients (1-year inspections).
• Climb ladders and work on roofs, scaffolding, lifts, and other elevated structures.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty projects.
• Utilize scheduling software like Acumatica and Go Calendar to manage operations.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years in construction management, exterior construction, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, waterproofing, and exterior envelopes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and resolve issues proactively.
• Experience with moisture meters, hygrometers, and repair tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round, including climbing and handling repairs.
• Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly beneficial.
