About the position

Responsibilities
- Coding and high volume entering of invoices and expense reports
- Vendor correspondence
- Identify and resolve issues with PO's, coding, invoices, etc.
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Prepare wire transfers, check runs, and ACH transactions
- Assist with monthly close and reconcile various accounts
Requirements
- Previous accounts payable/accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, formatting, vlookups)
