Tom Bell Chevrolet is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is based at our facility located at 800 Alabama Street, Redlands, CA 92374. As an AP/AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include posting invoices, reconciling statements, disbursing checks, balancing statements, and finalizing data. You will also prepare accounts for payments and verify data in our system, as well as follow up on past due accounts and returned checks. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and possesses strong communication skills to effectively manage our accounts payable and receivable processes.
