About the position

The AP Audit Analyst at HealthTrust Supply Chain plays a crucial role in managing accounts payable processes, focusing on the identification, analysis, and processing of outstanding credits with vendors. This position supports the Corporate Supply Chain model and ensures timely processing of vendor repayments, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals, and objectives to meet the Supply Chain mission.
  • Work with vendors to obtain required documents, including statements and credits.
  • Use Accounts Payable systems to facilitate research of purchase orders and invoices related to outstanding vendor credit balances.
  • Coordinate review of statement reconciliations and repayments with vendors.
  • Submit credit balances and repayments for processing.
  • Review Credit Balance reports ensuring credits are processed timely, and applicable vendor repayments are received.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Three years accounts payable or related financial and/or analytical experience required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or similar preferred.
