Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and develop recommendations for academic recruitment, appointment, and advancement.
  • Manage compensation and salary administration processes.
  • Oversee faculty welfare programs and visa procurement.
  • Administer benefits and payroll functions.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of academic HR policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of academic culture and educational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting analysis and making recommendations.
  • Demonstrated organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
