About the position
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the daily processing of accounts payable transactions for a small distributor of electronic testing equipment. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in Sage 100, as well as strong Excel skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Daily processing of accounts payable transactions including 3-Way PO matching and AP Data Entry.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- At least 2 years of AP experience
- Experience using Sage 100.
