You will navigate rental applications, shepherd the underwriting process, and ensure a seamless move-in experience for new residents. Additionally, you will orchestrate rent collection, keeping a close eye on any delinquencies, and taking appropriate measures to ensure timely payments. Coordinating and prioritizing maintenance and repair requests will be a key part of your role, as you collaborate closely with maintenance teams and contractors to uphold the property's condition. You will also play a pivotal role in crafting and managing property budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining meticulous financial records. Seeking out and nurturing relationships with top-notch vendors and contractors, hammering out contracts, and ensuring top-tier service delivery will be essential to your success. Leading and motivating a dedicated team will be another critical aspect of your role, as you offer mentorship, training, and unwavering support to guarantee peak performance and professionalism. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in property management, ideally with a focus on LIHTC apartment communities.
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Proven multitasking abilities and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in leading a team and inspiring others.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional disposition.
