Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Conduct property tours and greet customers.

• Use YARDI to track availability and record leasing activities.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on promotions and leasing incentives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience (1 year required).
• Sales experience and ability to meet sales goals.
• Self-confidence and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build client relationships.
• Valid Driver's License.
