About the position

As an Apartment Leasing Agent/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the leasing process of our properties in Ft. Lauderdale. This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive approach to marketing and promoting available apartments to potential residents. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and to effectively position our offerings. Your expertise in lease administration will be essential in managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. In addition to lease management, your role will involve ensuring resident retention by fostering positive relationships with current residents and prospects. You will be expected to implement successful resident retention strategies, which may include organizing community events and addressing resident concerns promptly. Building rapport with residents and prospects is key, as is maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Your organizational and time management skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple responsibilities, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and following up with leads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software will be necessary to streamline your tasks and enhance productivity. Collaboration with team members is also vital, as you will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless leasing experience for all parties involved.
