Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present the features and benefits of the assigned community.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Identify prospects' living standards, preferences, and budgets to find suitable housing options.
• Market promotions and discounted lease offers effectively.
• Conduct tours of available apartments for potential residents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about housing via phone, email, and in-person.
• Communicate effectively to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, promotional emails, and fliers to advertise available properties.
• Ensure that recently vacated properties are cleaned and ready for viewing.
• Follow up with prospective renters to reassess their needs and requirements.
• Negotiate leasing terms to close deals.

Requirements

• 2 years of property leasing experience (Required).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-based mindset.
• Proficiency in property management software and relevant technology.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative.
• Willingness to work on a straight commission pay structure.
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Superior prioritization and organizational skills.
