Responsibilities

• Resolve leasing complaints from residents
• Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
• Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
• Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintain all resident leasing files
• Attend leasing conventions and other industry events
• Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
• Perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties
• Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification
• Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
• Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and sales experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to start immediately
