About the position
The Apartment Leasing Consultant role involves engaging with prospective residents at luxury apartment communities, effectively communicating the benefits of living in the community, and facilitating lease agreements. This position is crucial for maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring a positive living experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with prospective residents
- Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
- Securing lease agreements
- Initiating the process to screen prospective residents
- Communicating lease expirations and facilitating lease renewals
- Assisting with property marketing activities and resident events
Requirements
- Familiarity with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing
- Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing
- Valid I.D.
- Apartment software experience is a bonus
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual candidates are always in high demand
- Experience with luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit
