About the position

The Apartment Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations at Cherry Creek Apartments, which consists of 274 apartment homes. This role involves managing rent collections, handling resident requests, and ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality of resident information. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Assist in managerial duties when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Prepare reports and paperwork.
• Lease property.

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional attitude, appearance, and work ethic.
• Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required.
